That introduce información, como una oración subordinada. Es el “que” sin acento.

Ejemplo: I know that you are tired. → Sé que estás cansado.

What pregunta o enfatiza. Es el “qué” con acento.

Ejemplo: What do you want? → ¿Qué quieres?
